Is this an official Klagenfurt tourism app?

No. This is a fan project. All lore is a stylized retelling.

Why isn't it on the Play Store?

It will be eventually. For now, the fastest way to put it in testers' hands is a direct APK download.

What permissions does it need?

Location (including background, to reveal the map as you walk) and notifications. Nothing else.

Not yet. Android first.
